Direct Maintenance starts supporting second daily A380 at Amsterdam (AMS)

01 Feb 2016: Direct Maintenance, the only airline independent wide body line maintenance specialist of The Netherlands and beyond, has commenced to support a second daily A380 operation at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS). Since A380 operations first began at Amsterdam in 2012, the dedicated and enthousiast engineers of Direct Maintenance have build up a wealth of experience, which results in excellent on-time performance, as well as maximum passenger convenience.

The expertise of Direct Maintenance not only includes the 'generic' aircraft technical inspections, trouble shooting and defect rectification to ensure safe flights are performed. In addition the support and maintenance is embraced of highly sophisticated in-flight entertainment and communication systems, including on board wifi, as well as innovative cabin configurations, covering first class suites and on-board shower spa's.

Direct Maintenance was the first A380 line maintenance provider at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, now proudly supporting the world's largest jetliner twice daily.
